InsuriShield (legally, Erudite Digital LLC dba InsuriShield) provides analytics, valuation, and monitoring services for life insurance policies through our customer platform. We act as a service provider processing data our customers submit to us for analysis.

We collect only what is needed to deliver our services:

• Account information — name, email, organization, and billing details for platform users.
• Policy documents — carrier statements, illustrations, and policy contracts submitted for analysis.
• Health information — medical records or health questionnaire responses submitted for longevity assessments.
• Usage data — standard platform activity logs used for security monitoring and support.

Customer data is used to deliver the services requested — digitizing documents, producing valuations, health and longevity assessments, and policy monitoring — and to provide support. We categorize data by sensitivity level and follow strict handling protocols based on that classification.

We may use anonymized, aggregated data derived from our services to improve our models and analytics. This data cannot be traced back to any customer or insured individual.

• We do not sell customer data. Ever.
• We do not share customer data with third parties without written consent.
• We are independent — we do not represent carriers, earn commissions, or pass information to product sellers.

All customer data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES 256-bit), accessible only through MFA-enabled systems, with role-based access limited to a small set of authorized employees — no contractors or consultants have access to customer data. Our infrastructure runs on Salesforce, Google Cloud, and AWS data centers holding SOC 1/2/3 and ISO 27001 certifications.

Where our services involve protected health information, we maintain safeguards consistent with applicable data protection laws, including HIPAA where applicable, and will execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with customers who require one.

Customer data remains the exclusive property of the customer. Data required to power active services is backed up automatically each day; customer PDF documents are stored in a single hardened location to minimize exposure. Customers may request deletion of their data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
