Terms of Service.

InsuriShield services — including PolicyInsightAI, PolicyInsightPRO, HealthInsightAI, HealthInsightPRO, PolicyBeacon, and custom analytics — are provided under a Master Service Agreement (MSA) between Erudite Digital LLC dba InsuriShield and each customer. If you are a customer, your executed MSA is the definitive document; the summaries below are for convenience only.

Customers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for their internal business purposes. Customers may not copy or modify the platform, resell or sublicense the services, or use the platform to build a competitive product.

Services are purchased with InsuriShield Credits on a pay-as-you-go or monthly subscription basis. Credits are deducted when a service is completed or results are first delivered — not at submission. Invoices are due in U.S. dollars within thirty days. Current pricing and turnaround options are detailed in the MSA and on the customer platform.

We provide technical support via email with responses within two business days, and use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain 99.5% platform uptime. Scheduled maintenance occurs between 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. CST with advance notice for anything material.

Customer data remains the exclusive property of the customer and is never shared with third parties without written consent. InsuriShield retains all intellectual property rights in the platform, services, and related trademarks, along with a license to use anonymized, aggregated data derived from the services to improve them.

All outputs are mathematically derived and do not constitute legal, financial, or medical advice. Valuations, longevity forecasts, and policy projections are analytical estimates intended to inform decisions made by you and your professional advisors. Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” If we make a material error in a deliverable, we will re-process the affected assessment at no cost when notified within ten business days.

InsuriShield is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, and our maximum aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid for the affected services during the twelve months preceding a claim, as detailed in the MSA.

Our agreements are governed by Texas law, with disputes resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas — after good-faith negotiation and, if needed, non-binding mediation.
